Open water swimming is a great way to get outdoors, move freely, and enjoy the water in a completely different way. These sessions are designed to help you try it safely in a supportive group, with guidance every step of the way.

Winter swimming is one of the best sports, I think so anyway. It comes with tonnes of benefits and I would love more than anything to encourage and help you, in a group setting, safely try it out and see for yourself (I think you'll be hooked)!
